Chapter 1 - Knut is given up by his parents but becomes King Gorm’s foster son
Chapter 2 - King Gorm marries Earl Klak-Harold’s daughter Thyra. Their kingdom is saved from starvation by Queen Thyra’s interpretation of the King’s dream.
Chapter 3 - A possible war is averted by Queen Thyra’s cool thinking and even hand.
